A Riccione, sul Porto Canale, in prossimità del centro cittadino, a seguito di demolizione di struttura alberghiera, è stata edificata la residenza “Torre del Porto”. Le unità immobiliari, tutte vendute, godono di piacevole vista sul canale e sul mare.
